The institute offers both residential and non-residential facilities to BPSC aspirants. Residential students benefit from free air-conditioned hostel accommodation, 24/7 library access, a clean and hygienic mess, and a disciplined study-friendly atmosphere. The mess charges are nominal and may be waived for students from economically weaker backgrounds. The academic program includes regular subject-wise classes, daily practice tests, full-length mock exams, and interview preparation, all conducted under the mentorship of experienced civil services educators and retired officers.
Haj Bhawan Coaching has produced remarkable results in the field of BPSC preparation. Notably, in the 64th BPSC exam, 51 students from this coaching institute cleared the final selection, many of whom now serve as Bihar Administrative Service officers, Deputy Collectors, and other gazetted officers.
