To maintain a disciplined and productive learning environment, Haj
Bhawan Coaching, Patna enforces the following rules and regulations for all enrolled
students—both residential and non-residential:
Eligibility & Admission Rules
Only students from minority communities (as per Government of India norms) are eligible to
apply.
Admission is strictly based on merit and entrance exam performance.
Any false declaration or forged documents during admission may lead to immediate
cancellation.
Attendance & Academic Discipline
A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory in classes and test sessions.
Regular participation in weekly tests, assignments, and evaluations is compulsory.
Students are expected to maintain punctuality and actively engage in all academic
activities.
Residential Guidelines (for Hostel Students)
Residential students must strictly adhere to hostel timings (study hours, meal times, etc.).
Silence and discipline must be maintained in the library, study halls, and hostel premises.
Students are not allowed to leave the campus without prior permission from the warden or
coordinator.
Code of Conduct
Indecent behavior, use of abusive language, physical fights, or groupism is strictly
prohibited.
Use of mobile phones is restricted during study hours and in classrooms.
Students must respect faculty members, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Mess and Cleanliness
Residential students must maintain cleanliness in hostel rooms and mess areas.
Wastage of food or resources in the mess is discouraged.
Complaints regarding food or accommodation should be addressed through the proper channel.
Library Rules
The library remains open 24/7 for residential students.
Silence must be maintained; books must not be taken out without permission.
Any damage or loss of books will result in a fine or replacement.
Disciplinary Action
Violation of rules can result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion.
Any form of cheating in mock tests or misconduct will not be tolerated.
The decision of the coaching administration and Haj Committee is final in all disciplinary
matters.
